Welcome! You've reached the W.S. Badger Company Official Site, makers of Healing Balm and other powerfully pure body care products.

Badger was started by carpenter/herbalist/storyteller Bill Whyte (aka Badger Bill) and family in the back room of their home in 1995. At the time we had one product, Badger Healing Balm.

Although we now have 50 or so products that are sold worldwide, we are still a family-owned, family friendly business with a desire and a mandate to do good in the world. We have fun, work hard and travel the world over to find simple, powerful, natural ingredients that are good for the people and good for the earth by way of organic agriculture, chemical-free processing, fair trade and attention to sustainability.

We do our best to use ingredients that are whole, fresh and as "Close to the Source" as we are able. Badger is now a USDA Certified Organic Line! Look for the seal on our orders after July 1, 2008.

Badger is the good stuff for your skin. We are also a healing line. Healing as in: fresh air, sunlight, a cooling breeze and the kind thoughts of a good friend. These are simply ways of restoring balance. And that's the way our products work. Simple blends that safely and gently restore balance by helping your body heal itself.
