Shipping

All orders ship out from Gilsum, NH 1-2 business days after you place your order. We are a small team committed to a healthy work schedule, so during times of increased orders (sales and promotions, certain holidays) orders may take a day or two longer to ship. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us. You will will receive an email with tracking information the day the order ships with the estimated delivery date.

1 For Standard Shipping we usually ship using USPS but may use UPS or FedEx.

2 For Expedited Shipping we use UPS Two Day for street addresses and USPS 3 Day Priority for PO Boxes. Badger reserves the right to select the best method of shipping on all orders. Remember even expedited shipping orders will ship out 1-2 business days after we receive your order.

Badger stands behind the quality of every product we make. If ever a product doesn't meet the standards of quality you expect from Badger we will gladly replace it or refund your money - whichever you prefer. The Badger Guarantee applies to Badger products bought directly from badgerbalm.com. Badger will also honor returns through authorized Badger retailers – please return to the retailer you purchased the product from. Proof of purchase may be required.

Phone, Fax and Mail Orders

Order by phone:Call 1-800-603-6100 to chat with a live, friendly Badger Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30 EST. When calling after hours, please leave your name and phone number and a live Badger will return your call the next business day.

Order by fax or mail: Add items to your cart and print the cart once you have finished shopping. Please review your cart carefully before faxing to us at 603-352-4818. You can also download and print a blank order form which you can fill out then fax or mail in. If you prefer we would be happy to email, fax or mail you a blank order form, just email or call us. The Badger Guarantee: Returns and Replacements

If you are dissatisfied with a Badger product that you purchased directly from our website (www.badgerbalm.com), you may return it to us for replacement or a refund using the process below.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post.

Return shipping fees are not reimbursable unless we explicitly ask for the product to be returned.

Please include the following information with your return:
1) Reason for return
2) A copy of the receipt or order number.
3) Refund or replacement preference (freight will be paid by Badger if replacement is sent)

Your return will be processed upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received by our returns department.

Refunds or credits will be equivalent to price at time of purchase.

Damaged Items or Misshipments

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped.

If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in the shipment we would be happy to work with you to get replacement product shipped right out, and ask that you please contact us immediately at 800-603-6100 between Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 4:30PM [EST], or by emailing custserv@badgerbalm.com, and our fabulous customer service team will be happy to assist you. We ask that you are able to provide the order number, your email address, delivery address, and phone number for fastest service.

For Badger products purchased from a retail store:

Please return your product directly to the point of purchase. We will credit the store accordingly.

If the store would not accept your return, or if there are other circumstances making return impossible, please contact us directly.

International Customers

Please follow the returns policy of the retailer you purchased the product from directly. However, if the retailer will not accept your return you may emails us at sales@badgerbalm.com and provide the product(s) name and quantity, reason for return, your email address, and the name of retailer you purchased it from. All inquiries will be processed in the order received and handled case by case.
