Stores Located in the US:
Please email Sales or fill out this Request Form directly to request a New Customer Application Packet and/or Product Catalog. We will contact you once we have reviewed your application
A completed application will include:
- Badger New Customer Information Form (completed and signed).
- State Resale Certificate: Unless you are an exempt state, we will need a State Resale certificate, dated and signed by someone authorized to make the purchase for the business.
- Copy of Business License (or equivalent).
- Credit Application: If you plan to establish Net 30 terms we will need a completed Badger Credit Application, signed with references.
If you are a store located outside of the United States, you will need to order from one of our international distributors. If you are interested in becoming a distributor for Badger, please send us an email with some information about your company.
