Are you interested in becoming a Badger Wholesale Customer? Please review the below information about opening an account with us.

Stores Located in the US:

Please email Sales to request a New Customer Application Packet. We will review your application and contact you once we have set up your account.

A completed application will include:

  1. Badger New Customer Information Form (completed and signed).
  2. State Resale Certificate: Unless you are an exempt state, we will need a State Resale certificate, dated and signed by someone authorized to make the purchase for the business.
  3. Copy of Business License (or equivalent).
  4. Credit Application: If you plan to establish Net 30 terms we will need a completed Badger Credit Application, signed with references.

International Distributors/Stores:

If you are a store located outside of the United States, you will need to order from one of our international distributors. If you are interested in becoming a distributor for Badger, please send us an email with some information about your company.
