Stores/Websites Located in the US:
Please email Customer Service to request a New Customer Application Packet. We will review your application and contact you once we have set up your account.
A completed Application will include:
- A completed and signed Badger New Customer Information Form.
- A faxed copy of your Resale Certificate.
- Credit card number, expiration date, and name of person on card or a Badger Credit Application if you would like to establish Net 30 terms.
- A signed M.A.P. agreement, if you plan to sell online.

If you are a store located outside of the United States, you will need to order from one of our international distributors. If you are interested in becoming a distributor for Badger, please send us an email with some information about your company.
